ATRANUS MKAGO METHIOD, DEPUTY VICE PRESIDENT ICMICA AFRICA

Atranus Mkago Method, a Tanzanian, an Advocate (Attorney) living and practicing Law in the United Republic of Tanzania. He is a holder of Bachelor of Laws (LLB)  from the University of Dar es Salaam (2011). Mr. Method is the founder and Chief  Executive Council (Wakili Kiongozi) of Mkago Law Associates, a fast-growing law firm in Tanzania operating through its offices in Mwanza City, Tanga City and Songwe Town.

Currently, Mr. Method works as a part time trainer at the Law School of Tanzania, (in Dar es Salaam City). Mr. Method is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), a Tanzania Mainland Bar Association, where he served as a member of the National Committee of Members’ Welfare (2019-2021) and the Vice Chapter Convener, Tanga Chapter (2017-2019). Mr. Method has experience in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolutions (reconciliation, Negotiation, Mediation and Conciliation), and he is re-known in his approach to Human Rights Advocacy.

Mr. Method has always played an active role in deliberating on the Social Doctrine of the Church and has engaged in several interreligious dialogue and forums. During his undergraduate studies, at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Mr. Method served as President of IMCS Pax Romana Tanzania (2009-2011). He is an active member of the Christian Professionals of Tanzania (CPT). He believes in the power of shared knowledge and experience in the transformation of society from poverty to sustainable and integral development.

Mr. Method is married to Dr. Rose, he is a father of four, a poet, writer, and a singer of St. Antony Choir, at St. Antony Cathedral, Tanga Dioceses.

Mr. Atranus Mkago Method is the current Deputy Vice President of ICMICA Pax Romana Africa.
