PROMOTING OF FOOD SECURITY AND POVERTY REDUCTION IN AFRICA
ICMICA is carrying out two projects on food security in Burundi and Cote d’Ivoire to:
- Improve the farming productivity and food security of poor households.
- Support environmental conservation by enhancing their resilience to climate change.
- Improve the livelihood of the small-scale farmers.
COTE D’IVOIRE
This is a one year project implemented in IRFA Azaguie Cote d’Ivoire in partnership with MIIC (Movement International des Intellectuels Catholiques) Cote d’Ivoire.
BURUNDI
This is a 06 months project being implemented in Commune Mpanda Province Bubanza Burundi, in partnership with the MIIC (ICMICA) Team in Burundi. Read more…
