PAN AFRICAN ASSEMBLY 2018

The session was organized in three parts:

  • The first part involved a reflection on the proposed theme ‘Catholic Professionals and the Call to Good Citizenship in Africa Today’. It began with a key note address, followed by a panel discussion. During the panel discussion, our members of Pax Romana ICMICA from select countries, currently involved in different secular professional life, shared experiences on what it means to be a Catholic Professionals and a Good Citizenship in Africa.
  • The second part was a practical sharing of how national federations of catholic professionals in different countries are fostering good citizenship. During this session, national federations of Pax Romana ICMICA shared their recent activities, hopes and challenges.
  • The third part involved a further reflection of the reality of Pax Romana ICMICA in Africa and coming up with practical actions, going forward. The planning was done at the regional and thematic level.
